BoatQuote is a procurement platform built specifically for the yachting industry. Yacht crews submit one quote request, it goes out to several vetted suppliers at the same time, and the bids come back side by side. Suppliers receive those requests, send line-item quotes, and track jobs through to completion. Both sides communicate in-app, no email back-and-forth.
Two sides. On the yacht side: Captains, Chief Officers, Chief Engineers, and Chief Stews who source services and parts. On the supplier side: yacht service providers, parts suppliers, contractors, and any vendor that does work on vessels, from engine specialists to interior carpenters.
Every supplier you select is notified the moment you submit, so your request reaches all of them at once instead of one phone call at a time. How fast each one replies is up to them, but their quotes arrive in the same place, in a format you can compare directly.
We onboard suppliers individually, verify their service areas and professions, and review every account before they go live. As we grow, suppliers earn ratings from the crews they work with, but the bar to join the platform stays high.

Yes, built into the platform. Any quote you receive can be forwarded to a Captain registered on the same yacht for sign-off. They get an email and an inbox of pending requests, can approve or reject with a note, and the decision comes straight back to you.
